I have placed an order but realized that I have selected the wrong product or measurement, how do I change my order?

I would like to try the mattress before buying, where can I do so?

You are welcome to visit Block 456 Jurong West St 41 #01-736 S(640456), Shing Hup Furniture(OurHome parent company) Monday to Sunday 11am to 8pm to physically try the mattress. Before doing so, please contact us at 666 59 888 to check on the availability.

I have placed an order and have not received any phone calls from OurHome staff on delivery date and time slot confirmation.

My delivery time slot is from 2 to 5pm, however I can only be home from 3pm to 3.15pm. Can OurHome deliverymen arrive at 3pm sharp?

We are unable to promise a fixed delivery timing as we have multiple deliveries during the day. Do set aside time for installation of furniture (if applicable). Please contact us and select another day for delivery when you are home during the entire delivery time slot.

Do you sell other furniture like bedside table or wardrobe?

Not at the moment on OurHome website, we do have more furniture selection at Shing Hup Furniture store. Please reach out to OurHome staff for recommendation.
